Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Grace Online Boutique! Because all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, please review the following shipping information carefully.

Production & Processing Time All orders require a production period before they are shipped. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be created, quality-checked, and dispatched. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delays While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email address] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
